Absolutely, our system features a highly flexible notification system that allows for sending confirmations and other important information via email or Telegram bots. Additionally, the system enables task creation and tracking, which also greatly enhances communication.
GrainTrack offers three types of Telegram bots for various communication purposes:
- Management Bot (referred to as "Notifications" in the system) is configured for system users. It is used to receive notifications, approvals, and screenshots. The support team sets up which notifications and approvals to send.
- Client Bot is designed for external parties (non-system users), such as suppliers that our clients work with.
- Manager Bot is developed to enable managers to create tickets and perform other actions without needing to log into the system.
Yes, GrainTrack supports a mobile version. You can access all system functionalities directly from your smartphone or tablet, allowing you to work quickly and conveniently from any location and on any device.
Additionally, through Telegram, you can perform key actions:
- Accept agreements — according to the main requirements of cooperation.
- Create requests (tickets): fixed (with a specified price) and open (without a price, but with bonuses and no delivery deadline).
- Declare transport vehicles (TVs) — create a request specifying the shipment volume.
- Unload transport vehicles — record the actual volume received for the declared TV.
- View contract balances — access information about contracts with suppliers.
- Reconcile data.
This way, GrainTrack provides full access to essential functions both through mobile web access and integration with Telegram.

Graintrack is an independent system that can be used alongside your accounting software. It is ideal for double-checking data and separating accounting and tax records from management and actual records.
You can easily import your counterparty database or existing reports into Graintrack, and export data from our program into formats compatible with your accounting software.
The integration process includes several stages:
- [15 minutes] Complete the Integration Questionnaire to help us customize the system for your company.
- [1 day] We draft an Implementation Plan and get your approval.
- [2 days] We populate Graintrack with initial data: products, quality, email templates, and contracts.
- [5 days] We train each of your departments on how to use the system.
- [5 days] You start entering your own information into the system: adding counterparties, creating deals, and uploading vehicle registers. You can easily import your counterparty database or existing reports, and export data from our program into formats compatible with your accounting software.
- [As needed] We refine or adjust functionalities to better fit Graintrack to your needs, then finalize the Implementation Plan.

GrainTrack automatically backs up your data every 8 hours, and we can do it more often if needed. These backups are encrypted and can be accessed up to 7 years back, ensuring that you can restore your system to a previous state if necessary. - Flexible Document Storage
You have options for where to store your documents, such as scanned contracts or receipts. You can keep them on our servers, on your own server, or choose a self-hosted solution. All data is securely housed within protected data centers, residing on dedicated servers located in Europe/USA (or on your company's server, as per agreement), ensuring continuous operation 24/7. If you prefer, you can host the entire GrainTrack system and database on your own server. - NDA
