Before: The accreditation process was manual, using separate files and documents, complicating the verification of counterparties’ compliance with company standards.

Now: GrainTrack has automated the counterparty accreditation process. The system allows for clear evaluation criteria, document storage, and quick status checks. This has reduced verification time and minimized the risk of errors.

Receiving notifications about counterparty statuses in Telegram:

Before: Information about counterparty statuses (accreditation, new documents, cooperation terms) was communicated manually via email or phone, which took a lot of time and created the risk of losing important data.

Now: GrainTrack has integrated an automated notification system with Telegram. Managers now receive instant updates on changes in counterparty statuses, new accreditations, document updates, or the expiration of agreements. This has significantly sped up work processes and reduced the load on the administration department.
